The building manager informs the condominium, but does not have to organise a vote to authorise your installation: they can only oppose the project by referring the matter to a judge, and only for a serious and legitimate reason — for example, the existence of a shared installation that has already been approved. A technical file drawn up by a qualified IRVE installer, specifying the cable routing, the protections and the metering, defuses most objections: that is what we provide as standard.

Who pays for what?

The principle is clear: the applicant funds their own installation and consumption, measured by dedicated metering. The condominium has nothing to pay for an individual station installed under the right to plug in. That is what makes the approach acceptable to everyone: your charging station weighs neither on the service charges nor on your neighbours.

Shared infrastructure: equipping the condominium once and for all

When several residents switch to electric, stacking up individual installations quickly becomes absurd: it is better to plan shared infrastructure from the outset. In concrete terms, this means creating a dedicated charging supply in the car park, sized to serve spaces as needs arise, with individual metering for each user. Each resident can then connect their station simply, without a new major job.
