Not IRVE-qualified yet?
The IRVE qualification (P1, P2, or P3, issued in particular by QUALIFELEC) is mandatory for installing charging stations above 3.7 kW. Frequently asked questions
How do I become a Volticom partner installer?
You can apply directly from this page by completing the application form. Once we receive your details, Volticom gets back to you to discuss your business, the areas you cover and the terms of the partnership.
Do I need the IRVE qualification to become a partner installer?
The IRVE qualification (QUALIFELEC P1, P2, P3) is the key requirement for carrying out compliant charge point installations. Volticom is itself QUALIFELEC-qualified IRVE P1, P2, P3 and RGE-certified, and works mainly with certified partner installers. If you are not yet qualified, support towards IRVE training can be considered.
What is the QUALIFELEC IRVE P1, P2, P3 qualification?
These are the IRVE qualification levels awarded by QUALIFELEC for installing EV charge points, ranging from basic connection work to higher-power, communicating installations. Volticom holds the P1, P2 and P3 levels, as well as the RGE qualification.
How are jobs and leads assigned to partners?
Volticom brings a steady flow of business to its partner installers: enquiries are directed to the partner based on their coverage area and availability. Jobs are allocated according to the departments you cover and the type of installation required.
Can I choose my departments or coverage areas?
Yes, you specify the departments and areas you want to cover when you apply. Volticom then directs the matching enquiries to your region, as part of its coverage throughout France via a network of certified partner installers.
What does Volticom offer its partner installers?
Volticom provides both business leads and support: jobs directed to you based on your area, technical assistance and a clear framework of standards (NF C 15-100, OCPP supervision, load management and dynamic power balancing, kWh rebilling for business clients). You also benefit from the backing of a QUALIFELEC-qualified IRVE P1/P2/P3 and RGE-certified company, with its head office in Paris.
What documents do I need to provide to apply as a partner?
You will usually be asked for your professional credentials: your QUALIFELEC IRVE qualification, proof of insurance and information about your turnover. These documents allow us to validate your application and define the partnership; the exact details are confirmed when we review your application.
What if I am not yet IRVE qualified?
If you are not yet IRVE qualified, a route towards IRVE training and qualification can be considered as part of the partnership. Contact Volticom on +33 9 55 92 66 32 or at contact@volticom.fr to discuss your situation.
How is a Volticom partner installer paid?
Payment is tied to the jobs you carry out through Volticom's business leads, on the terms agreed when the partnership is set up. The precise conditions are shared with you during the conversation that follows your application.
How long does it take to hear back after sending my application?
Once we receive your details, Volticom gets back to you to discuss your profile and coverage areas. To speed things up or ask any questions, you can also call +33 9 55 92 66 32 or write to contact@volticom.fr.
