Connected, smart, safe: the charger that fits your home
How to choose your charger
Three criteria are enough to narrow down the right model. We guide you at every step.
Power rating
From 7.4 to 22 kW AC for a wallbox, up to 40 kW DC for fast charging: the right choice depends on your vehicle, your electrical installation and the charging time you want.
AC or DC
AC charging covers home and residential use; DC fast charging answers intensive and public needs.
Compatibility
Connector, smart control and load management: we check the charger fits your home before fitting it.

Frequently asked questions
Which charging station should I choose for my electric car?
The right model depends on your vehicle, your electrical installation (single-phase or three-phase) and how you intend to use it. We supply chargers from well-established brands (Hager Witty, Wallbox Pulsar Plus, V2C Trydan, Autel MaxiCharger, and more) and guide you to the model that suits you best in a free, no-obligation quote prepared after a complete brief.
7.4 kW, 11 kW or 22 kW: which power rating should I choose?
A 7.4 kW unit (single-phase) is right for most homes and covers everyday needs with a single overnight charge. The 11 kW and 22 kW options require a three-phase supply and suit heavier or professional use; we pin down the ideal power rating when we assess your project, with a free quote prepared after a complete brief.
Should I get a charger with a Type 2 socket or a tethered cable?
A Type 2 (T2) socket keeps the cable detachable, which is handy for storing it away or swapping cables, whereas a tethered cable is always ready to plug in. The choice mainly comes down to what's most convenient for you; we'll advise you based on your vehicle and your location when we draw up the quote.
What’s the difference between an AC charger and a DC charger?
An AC (alternating current) charger delivers power that the vehicle's onboard charger then converts; this covers the usual residential and commercial units rated at 7.4, 11 or 22 kW. A DC (direct current) charger charges faster and is intended for specific use cases; we'll point you to the solution best suited to your project.
What IP rating do I need for an outdoor charging station?
For an outdoor installation, you choose a charger whose ingress protection (IP) rating matches its exposure to rain and dust. The models we fit are designed for outdoor mounting, and our IRVE-qualified partner installers follow the NF C 15-100 standard to ensure a safe, long-lasting installation.
What’s the point of a connected charging station?
A connected charger (WiFi, mobile app) lets you track your consumption, schedule charging and control the unit remotely. It also unlocks advanced features such as OCPP supervision, load shedding and dynamic power management, which we configure to match your needs.
How do I know whether a charger is compatible with my electric vehicle?
Our charging stations are compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles: they use the Type 2 connector, the European AC charging standard. We simply size the power to match your model.
What is load balancing (load shedding) on a charging station?
Load shedding, or dynamic power management, automatically adjusts the charger's output according to the home's consumption to avoid tripping the breaker. This feature, available on controllable chargers, is configured by our IRVE-qualified partner installers based on your electricity supply contract.
What warranty comes with an installed charging station?
The charger is covered by the manufacturer warranty, subject to the brand's terms. The installation work benefits from decennial liability insurance with AXA, subject to the declared activities, limits and terms of the current insurance certificate. After-sales support remains available when needed.
Can a charging station re-bill the kWh consumed?
Yes. For businesses, certain connected chargers support re-billing of the kWh consumed, which is useful for tracking and allocating charging costs. Paired with OCPP supervision, this feature is set up during installation; we'll look into it with you as part of the quote.
